Scope of Engineering Services
3D Modeling - Our designers are capable of producing quick 3D models of your product or invention for presentations. These models can be simulated and rendered out for photorealistic images. These renderings can be generated from any angle, placed in any environment for a realistic setting and be used with your marketing materials, packaging, sales sheets and web sites.
CAD Design - Computer Assisted Design is the use of computers to design and prepare product documentation necessary for prototyping or manufacturing. Our designers use 3D CAD software to reduce development lifecycles for nearly any type of product. Inventions may be modified, analyzed and simulated with the use of CAD software and all prototyping and manufacturing firms require CAD files to facilitate bids.
Detail Drawings - 2D Orthographic views are generated from our 3D models and contain dimensions, manufacturing details and specifications for each invention component. Assembly drawings are exploded views of a product's internals, showing how the product fits together, in which order, and with which components.
Mechanical Engineering - Our talented engineers offer the following: Plastic Part Design, Sheet Metal, Metal Casting, NC Machined Part Design, Motor/Drive System Development, Simulation & Analysis
Electical Engineering - Our Electrical engineers can produce any of the following: Circuit Board Development, Power/Battery Systems, Control Systems and Logic Systems. All services include process diagrams detailing the assmebly and flow of electical circuits used for the manufacturing of eletrical devices.
